Had a great experience with True North Heating & Air! My AC stopped working out of nowhere, and they were able to send someone out quickly. The technician was super friendly, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell me on stuff I didn’t need. They got the issue fixed fast, and my system has been running perfectly since. It’s nice to find a company that’s honest and actually cares about their customers. Definitely recommend them!

I can’t say enough good things about True North Heating & Air! From start to finish, the service was top-notch. My AC wasn’t working properly, so I called them, and they were able to send a technician out the same day. He was super knowledgeable, diagnosed the issue right away, and had it fixed quickly. No unnecessary upsells, just honest work at a fair price.

Wonderful service, the top guy Dimitri is very nice and respectful. The team was professional, on time, and efficient. They explained everything clearly and made sure my system was running perfectly. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with True North! From the moment I called, they were so friendly and attentive. The technician, Dimitri, arrived right on time and took the time to really listen to my concerns. He explained exactly what was wrong with my system and walked me through the repair process step by step.
What really impressed me was how thorough he was – not only did he fix the issue, but he also took the time to check the rest of the system to make sure everything was in good condition. I felt like I was in great hands the entire time. The pricing was transparent and fair, and they left my home spotless when they were finished.
