My experience since enrolling in Solar Insure has been very positive because of Jason Mitchell. Jason was my first contact explained in detail the benefits of enrolling. He as always been their to answer any questions. Most recently I noticed my inverter was show no solar production. I emaile Jason immediately and got a response within minutes that he would look into right away. A short time later I got a response as to what happened and it was taken care of but he would monitor. Later day received another saying everything looked fine and he thought it was a software issue and would continue to monitor. You could ask for better customer service and reinforced me that I made the right decision.

Let me start by complimenting Jerry on being professional and extremely helpful. My solar system was experiencing issues and I was looking for options to initiate some correction. To my surprise with Jerry's help it was discovered that I have a 30 year warranty despite the installer going out of business. That was great news but the best was yet to come. With Jerry's help your team discovered the system issue was caused by a software patch from Solar Edge. Your team had my system unlocked and I'm back in business. Thank you and I really appreciate Jerry's help.
