I can't believe how disappointed I am in this company. Every part of the process has been terrible. They dragged their feet on the installation and it took them nearly six months past the original expected deadline finish. They broke things, did things poorly, and then fought me tooth and nail to even get the project done. The project manager would consistently not show up when scheduled and wouldn't give notice causing me to miss work multiple times. They forgot to apply for permits and failed inspections! Multiple times they would just stop responding and would give me attitude for being unhappy. Now that the installation is done and I need a service nobody can be reached. If you call them you get an automated message that says you need to email to get service. If you email nobody responds. If I call and try to reach sales to connect me to service nobody picks up and nobody calls me back if I leave a message. If you go with this company for your solar you'll be filing a complaint with the BBB just like I have to.

Our electricity bill was getting ridiculously high in last summer. We figured it was not too late to get solar despite we missed the NEM 2.0 deadline from SCE. We were referred and recommended by our family member who had Solar-360 installed their solar system before. We contacted Charlie Kim who gave us a detailed quotation. We also obtained two other quotes from companies that were referred by our neighbors; but we eventually picked Solar-360 due to their competitive price and Charlie's professionalism. He never hard sells and upsells to his clients. He listens and understands exactly what we need and built the spec from there. Other people just kept bombarding us with calls and emails.
Charlie was able to address all our concerns and warranty questions before we went ahead and signed a contract. It took a while for the city and HOA to approve the installation.
Installation went well - Solar-360 completed it in 2 days. They even repaired/replaced few roof tiles for us as a courtesy service. Final city inspection approval and SCE permission to operate also went smoothly afterwards. The system is working very well, and it exceeds my expectation.
Charlie even assisted us to apply for the SGIP rebate based on our backup battery purchase; that's an A+ service!
In summary, I highly recommend Solar-360 for any solar system and backup battery installation. Thank you Charlie for a solid 5* experience!

I looked at and talked to 5 companies before I decided to go with Solar 360. Charlie at Solar 360 was exceptional in answering all my questions pertaining to solar energy as a consumer. More so, he explained all my technical questions in detail. The price was competitive. I have my system up and running in 30 days after signing my contract. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to contact Charlie and Solar 360 to commission your solar system.

Update - Solar 360 ended up paying the material supplier and I received the needed release from the vendor to remove the Mechanic's Lien nearly two months after it was recorded. Overall the system was installed and working as expected. I would have given more stars if the communication was better from the back office after receiving the Mechanic's Lien. I understand that sometimes business operations are not smooth, however, the lack of clarity on the situation and a remedy to fix it was very concerning during the two months. -
How can something so good turn into a NIGHTMARE full of sleepless nights worrying about a Mechanic’s Lien on my home… I’ll tell you. Solar360 hasn’t paid the material supplier within their agreed payment terms and by CA law. I paid Solar360 my hard-earned money and the company can’t even bother to relieve my worry by communicating a resolution timeframe or if they are going to pay their supplier for the material I already paid for! No response to calls, texts, or emails to the office for a month. Don’t fall victim to the stress and shame of a Mechanic’s Lien placed on your family’s home and grappling with the potential decision of double paying thousands of $’s for materials or risk your home being foreclosed on.

I am extremely disappointed with Solar 360’s handling of my solar installation. I started the project on May 24, 2024, paid 80% of the total cost, and was told it would be completed in 3 months. As of today December 3, 2024, the project remains unfinished.
No one responds to our emails or phone calls anymore. I will be filing a complaint with BBB if our project remains incomplete and we do not hear back from the project manager and/or team.
Key issues:
1. **Delays & Poor Communication**: The installation started on July 16, 2024, but delays continued, especially with the EV charger, which was only installed on August 23, 2024. After a final inspection on October 3, 2024, I was given no updates, despite my follow-ups. On October 15, I learned that we failed the inspection due to an incomplete roof layout. Revised plans were supposed to be submitted, but as of November 19, no progress had been made. The city and fire department confirmed Solar 360 hadn’t contacted them since early October.
2. **Misleading Information**: I was assured no lien would be placed on my property, but despite receiving documentation saying the lien was removed, my bank discovered it was still active. This was only resolved when the bank intervened.
This project, promised to take three months, is now over six months in and still incomplete. The lack of communication and follow-through has left me frustrated and concerned about the future of this project and any warranty support.
