He is exceedingly knowledgeable, price is very reasonable, and he is punctual.
His skillset far exceeds normal appliance guy. I called him twice in the past: for refrigerator problem and washer/dryer problem. In both cases he was able to assess and pinpoint the exact problem in just a few minutes & fix it. There was no trial and error figuring out the problem…he KNOWS how to assess, and how to fix. Once you experience him, you literally CANNOT go any other places because he is so good.
Appliance breakdown can be very stressful and you don’t need additional stress working with someone not skilled or try to rip you off. He won’t give you any of those bulls*** and he’ll just get it fixed..again, with VERY reasonable price (especially considering the level of service you receive from him).

I called for LG refrigerator repaired, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service provided by Smart Appliance Fix. From start to finish, It just took 3 days with an order of a new compressor.
The pricing was very reasonable. The service and repair technician are great.

The top arm of my LG dishwasher fell off, and Alex from Smart Appliance Fix was out three hours after I called. Very focused on fixing the problem, doing a great job at a very reasonable price. I'll be calling them the next time I need appliance repair.

My dryer was no longer heating so I called Smart Appliance Fix and they were able to send someone out same day. Aman arrived about an hour and a half later. Upon arriving he was very friendly and professional. He was able to efficiently identify that the issue was the thermostat. He had the part on hand and quickly installed it. Additionally, he performed some general maintenance on the dryer.
Overall, I was very satisfied and will continue to use Smart Appliance Fix in the future. Highly recommend.
