Eli did an amazing job. What I thought was a basic sink clog was actually a clog well within the bowels of my plumbing and being that I have old pipes- the job I’m sure took longer than anticipated. I appreciate the fast response time especially on Super Bowl Sunday! Thank you!!

Alex from Roto-Rootor was excellent. Customer service that was provided was A1. When I requested service I was provided a time frame from Alex was fast which was awesome as my issue was resolved quickly . I will definitely use Roto-rooter for my future plumbing service.

Elias Garcia was so incredibly helpful, calmin and insanely hardworking. We had a late appointment for 8. He was basically already off because decided to come over to check it out. He ended up staying an hour and half to make sure everything was taken care of. He was so hard working, very professional. We got his card and will definitely refer him to any neighbors, friends, and family members for any plumbing issues. He is a 10 star employee. Truly so thankful for our experience with him.

Mark showed up on time with a great friendly attitude. Very skillful on his equipment use and very verbal on the solutions to the problem which was a main line back up. Mark wasted no time to get me back up and running. Showed me the drain is clear with his camera tech that gave me insurance that his guarantee is solid. Thanks again!
