We had an excellent experience with Bentley and Keith at Robinson Brothers Plumbing! During a recent storm, a pipe burst and flooded our hot water heater. We reached out to several plumbers in Santa Ana, and thankfully, Robinson Brothers Plumbing was able to fit us in over the weekend, which was much quicker than other companies. Bentley worked diligently through the weekend to help us out. Keith was very helpful in answering my questions about insurance and was upfront about the pricing. Bentley called multiple times to keep us updated on his arrival. We are really happy with the quality of the work, and Bentley made the invoice easy to understand for our insurance claim. While he was here, I had a few questions about other plumbing issues, and he took the time to explain everything thoroughly and share his professional advice.

While many other plumbers didn’t respond to my urgent messages, the team at Robinson Brothers Plumbing was different. Their friendly technician, on his way to another job, stopped by to ensure everything was alright. He did an outstanding repair on my tub faucet, which now works even better than before, and the price was quite reasonable. They were responsive, customer-focused, trustworthy, and highly skilled. I had a fantastic experience with Eric from Robinson Brothers Plumbing. I would gladly wait a day or two for his service because he truly knows his craft. In the past, I’ve worked with other plumbing companies, but they often just put a temporary fix on the issue instead of resolving it properly. Eric, however, provides valuable advice and works with property owners to make sure everything is fixed right the first time, so I don’t have to worry about it later. I will definitely keep using him for all my plumbing needs.

Keith did a fantastic job upgrading all the plumbing in our home in Santa Ana. His charges were reasonable, and he demonstrated exceptional dedication and efficiency in his work. Unlike others who came to give us quotes, Keith was the only one who performed a comprehensive inspection under the property. He also provided us with an incredibly detailed estimate straight after his visit. The project was completed in less than a week, with Keith always arriving on time, maintaining excellent communication, and delivering superb work.
