I called Parzival in a panic after noticing a possible leak inside a wall. The owner, Thomas, came to my house the same day, identified the leak, and helped put me in contact with a restoration company to coordinate additional work that would be needed. He was friendly, exceedingly knowledgeable, and put me at ease. Over the past couple weeks, Thomas and his employee, David, have been at my house working to repair the leak, install a new hot water heater, and ensure everything was running correctly. David was always on time and stayed late if needed, did impeccable work, and made sure I understood the cost breakdown. I was also impressed with office staff Carlos and Alma, who communicated clearly and frequently, and were very accommodating! Overall, working with Parzival was a great experience, despite having a leak. I felt very well taken care of and I have no doubt the work they performed was done to the highest standard.

Very impressed with Mike’s McRunels, workmanship & knowledge. Keeping us informed with what he was doing and why.
Sorry no photos most all work was under the
House foundation. At this point. Mike was great kept us informed. Easy to work with and put up with my inquiries and took time to make us and understand exactly what’s going on we’re on a foundation with a With a crawlspace underneath the houseso all the plumbing is underneath the house. It makes a little bit more complicated, we our in our layer years and Mike was very patient.

I had a pretty big water leak in my home today. I cantacted Parzival Plumbing there customer service rep Alma was so friendly and very helpful, she got us scheduled very quickly. Our service technician Mike provided top notch service. Mike did a very through inspection, he accessed the leak and went to work to repair the leak and restore water back to my home. It's hard to find honest, reliable service companies, Parzival Plumbing does not disappoint. They cares about their customers and provide amazing service. They are best Plumbing Company in Orange County. Thank you

I can't recommend Sean enough! He were professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. We had a leak under our kitchen sink, and they diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly, all while explaining everything in a way I could understand. The pricing was fair, and the quality of work was top-notch.

There scheduling was a bit off but Nick was fantastic and did a great job. Kept me well informed of any extras as the work progressed. Over all they did a great job and as a company kept me well informed. You got to love technology.
They did a super clean up too.
