Ismael and his team from Mr. Rooter Plumbing did a great job cleaning out my exterior drain on the side of my house and replacing my 20 year old water heater. They were on time, very efficient, and knowledgable about my drain issue and water heater. They thoroughly cleaned everything up after they completed the job.

Mr. Rooter Plumbing came to my house to unclog a shower that was backing up. Dave Robinson showed to clean the drain. Before entering' he put shoe covers on which made my wife happy. I showed him the problem area. After about 10 minutes he can down with an estimate proceeded to outline everything that needed to be done for the task at hand. I agreed with the price and fifteen minutes he was done with the whole process. Dave was polite, and greeted everyone in the room upon his entrance. I felt the he and his assistant performed a job well done. Thank you Dave and Mr. Rooter.
