    Morris Electric is awesome! One day install of a A/C unit at the best price! There was a miscommunication (possibly my fault?) on the size of the unit and Anthony totally took care of it. I already recommended them to my neighbor.

    Aaron is so great! I wish I had hired him and Morris Air Electric sooner. He explained my furnace issue in detail (and in laymen’s terms), is great at problem solving, and understands timeliness and how important communication is to a customer. I was thinking they wouldn’t be able to pencil me in for a few weeks, but got me on the calendar the next day. I’ll definitely hire him again and have already begun scoping him out for other plumbing and electrical projects. I also want to give a shout out to Kyle (and Jesus) for doing a fantastic job on the installation of the furnace. He walked me through everything before and after the install and made sure the job was done correctly before leaving. He also placed a new outlet in my garage that is an absolute game changer and allowed me to finally install my Christmas lights because my other outlets are too far. Thanks Kyle!

    Thank you Aaron, Kyle, Jesus -- the whole crew-- for an amazing experience installing my new AC unit. From start to finish, everyone was professional, polite, and respectful with very reasonable and fair pricing. These guys are extremely knowledgeable in this field and I'm so glad I used them. Listen, you may need a new AC unit, and you definitely need servicing, so get these guys out to at least make sure your air conditioning is working safely and properly- it's critical! You'll be so grateful you called Morris Air and Electric. Thank you Aaron!

    We had this company install AC on our home a few years ago. Right from the installation things weren't right. We emphasized how important it was that our bedroom be cool. Our bedroom was the only room that was NEVER cool, after many complaints. With many calls back it was never fixed. I also asked why there was so much cold air pouring into the garage several times and they had no answer. I assumed this was wasted cold air pouring into the garage instead of our bedroom. Last year the smell coming from the AC that we had to call in a couple of companies to have a look. This after we called to have the smell looked at by this company and all they did was put some smelly stuff in the attic which did nothing. We found out that nearly everything was NOT done to code by Morris. We are now in the process of spending thousands more on having much of it fixed. We had a dual zone done which is all wrong. Duct work all wrong upstairs, plenum too small, duct work left unwrapped leading to condensation issues, wrap used instead of sheet metal...you name it. Would not recommend to anyone.

    If there is an option to rate a negative star, I would rate them a negative 5. Morris installed a brand new ac system with heat pump in January of 2024. After the installation, I tested the heating function of the system and it performed as it should and I was very pleased with their workmanship. What I should have tested was the ac function at that time. I didn’t test it since it was January and in the middle of winter. When my tenants turned on the ac during the summer, they discovered that the system was leaking water excessively. I called Morris and they dispatched a service tech to investigate the source of the leak. The tech found debris that had blocked the drain line. He removed the debris and declared the problem resolved. That same day, my tenant turned the ac back on thinking that it was not going to leak. The next morning, they found their sofa, which was under the ac unit, was soaking wet. I called Morris and they sent another tech to investigate. This time, the tech concluded that the drain pipe was not properly installed and he reinstalled the drain pipe. The tech never hung around to test the system to see if the leak had been resolved. That same evening, my tenants told me that the water was still leaking from the ceiling and that the ceiling itself needed to be removed and reinstalled due to excessive water damage and not to mention the potential for mold growth. I called Morris again and they send another tech to investigate. This time, the tech concluded that the unit was not level and had to be reinstalled. After the reinstallation, the unit continued to leak. Frustrated, I called Morris and demanded that they send someone who is more knowledgeable and can fix the problem once and for all. Instead of sending someone, they sent me an invoice for all the hours they spent troubleshooting the source of the leak. At this time, my tenants threatened to not pay rent and demanded that I put them up in a hotel and to pay for a new sofa. I had no choice but to hire another ac company to fix the problem. This new company resolved the problem in less than 1 hour. The technician was baffled on why Morris was not able to fix the problem the first time. Their incompetence had caused me half month rent and to pay for another company to fix the problem. Never again! If you took the time to read this long review, you must have realized how incompetent Morris is. If you are contemplating on hiring Morris for your hvac needs, think carefully!
