Richard was FANTASTIC and so knowledgeable. I think he made some adjustments, including changing the type of filter, that will positively affect the air distribution. I we also truly appreciate your quick response to ironing out the air flow issues we have been experiencing! The customer service of Klondike Air is extremely high all the way around. They are fair in pricing and well run.

I just had my winter heating and air conditioning service appointment today. The technician was on time, and I received a text when he was on his way. The access to my attic is in my closet and in order not to get my clothes dirty he covered everything with plastic sheeting. The technician let me know every step of the way what he would be doing to service the air-conditioning and heating units and was meticulous and very careful to not damage the walls and flooring in my home. I have used this company for years and every service appointment I have ever had has always been exactly as I just described. They installed my air conditioning and heating units initially, and I have never been disappointed with the product or their service. I highly recommend this company.

Klondike Air has serviced our HVAC system for years. They recently helped us work through a broken motor blower issue. They discovered the part was under warranty, worked with the manufacturer to secure the part and did the installation. Super easy and always love their friendly service too.

Follow up to review below. Called another company. Doing the warranty work for labor costs only and it is not the company that installed the furnace. Klondike wanted $1150 to change a blower motor under warranty with a “warranty processing fee” that Klondike wouldn’t tell me how much the fee was. This company is doing it for $350 and no fee. Guess the processing fee was around $800. 225% mark up in hidden costs is insane Klondike. I’m only out the $89 dollar diagnostic service charge Klondike charged to try and rip me off. I would like that back Klondike.
1st review; Technician was fine. Company’s billing policy is to NOT line item your quote and won’t tell you how much labor, parts or a warranty processing fee will be. Just an arbitrary cost all rolled into one. They said all companies do it. BS. There has to be an accounting to break it down for keeping the balance sheet. I don’t mind the fee, just tell me how much it is.
