Few weeks ago contact energyaid due to broken solar panel on roof, they send Mr. Hana to do an assment on my solar system and diagnose the issues and solutions, next week agree to the solution that Mr.Brandt and I discuss, send pair of technicians to removed broken solar panel rewire system and make it work, they vandalized littery my house there removed tiles of the roof with out my consent, puncture paper underneath the tiles, was a very bad experience with this company.
Not recommended.

My solar system was left unfinished by Sunpower. I called EnergyAid to see what they could do. The technician Pascal came on Oct 16. He answered all my questions and was very through. It costed me $299, but that would be refunded when the project started. I got my system diagnostics, in email, on Oct 18, but there was no price for the work. I called and was told a salesperson would get back to me soon. I called on Oct 21, because NO one had called me, and was told a salesperson would get back to me. I asked if I could speak to the salesperson, but was told no.
I called on Oct 29, because NO one had called me. Customer service person noted I had already called last week and stated he would send a note to the salesperson and his supervisor. NO one called me. I called on Nov 11 and the customer service person send an email to the salesperson and two supervisors. Still, NO one has reached out to me. For reference, another solar company gave me a quote within 10 days. I am very disappointed with EnergyAid.

Excellent service. Very good communications with me from the office and the Technician, Robert. Robert was very polite, friendly, and very informative, his professional behavior and knowledge is greatly appreciated. He is a proven asset to EnergyAid!
Although the job is pending a new parts order and delivery, I am confident EnergyAid will prove to be efficient and will complete the job in a timely manner. If I were to compare EnergyAide with the solar company I previously dealt with, it is obvious to me, there really is no comparison. EnergyAid and the Technician (Robert) are outstanding. And EnergyAid’s service fees are reasonably affordable. The inspection fees are lower than their competitors. I highly recommend EnergyAid for anyone in need of solar services, EnergyAid is the only company I shall use from now on. You will get good honest and timely repairs. I am very happy to find this company and I plan to have EnergyAid remain my #1 choice with my Solar repair needs. Thank you EnergyAid and Robert. Great job!

Really great service. Anthony was on time and exceptionally professional. He was scheduled for a diagnostic of my system but immediately discovered and fixed the issue that had reduced the production of my solar panels. My system production immediately increased by 30%. I'd highly recommend Anthony and EnergyAid in the future.
