Simply put, Calin Mojogan simply does not reply. No way you will ever hear from him once you have paid up. No follow up, no maintenance if asked, and no honoring any warranty that you may have been given. The fact that the system does not work essentially means he was paid, solar doesn’t work still, and now we are paying electric bills in addition to what we paid out for Solar.
