I have a hand me down Thermador Stove and was so sad with the two burners on the left decided to no longer work. I called up All Brand Appliance Repair and their technician was at my house the same day to diagnose the issue. Parts needed to be ordered so the technician came back the following week (about 4-5 business days), as stated, to repair.
He was so courteous - took off his shoes when he came in and was very tidy as well. The entire process was so easy, and now my stove is working again.
Thank you for bringing back life to my old stove :)

I had an uncommon part go bad on a fairly new washing machine. It took a few days to get the part, but they came back out and fixed it without issue. The tech (Vlad) was courteous and knowledgeable. He was going to be a bit later than scheduled so he called to let me know and apologized for the delay. No problem, communication is key.
I was very happy with their service and the price!

My favorite garage refrigerator stopped working one day and I did not want to buy a new one. I called All Brand and they were out the same day to look at it. He ordered the part and had it working in a few days. Glad to have my fridge back working! Great customer service and very friendly.....will call them again if something else breaks!
