I highly recommend reading the fine print of the shipping/return section before ordering from this company. It states Once your order has been processed in our warehouse, we cannot make changes to the order WHY??? if you don't even have the product in stock it's different if you have it in stock then okay I can see you not being able to cancel. I ordered 2 of the Fiona Ottoman in May said it would be delivered in July then gets pushed to August it's now the end of August and I still don't have my ottomans. Sent an email today asking when will these ever ship with yet no response, but ALL of a sudden 1 of 2 shipped after that email was sent. What about the other ottoman?? At some point these companies shouldn't be able to keep your money due to supply chain issues make it right and do right by the customer. Customer service goes a long way I will never ever spend another dime at this company. When I buy a product I expect a product in return.

I purchased the Thalia pillow from Lindye Galloway’s online shop. The process of purchasing this pillow on the site was extremely simple and straightforward. Which makes for a great online shopping experience. The delivery of the pillow was exceptionally timely and was exactly as pictured (even more beautiful in person). The quality of the item, ease of use of the site and punctual shipping were unlike other popular interior e-commerce sites. I truly believe you can tell that they love what they do - and it shows in their service. Highly recommend!

We have used interior designers on other custom homes, but they were not anywhere as collaborative, creative or as organized as Lindye and her team. She helped us envision the home before construction started, she coordinated design details with the construction team all along the way, and during construction meetings she was the critical detail-oriented eye who pushed the contractor to do things right! It took a lot of pressure off us to force the contractor to follow the design details. And the furnishing, amazing! From built-in details, to cabinet design, to material selections to, final furnishing - it all fit together!

Unethical - I posted a negative review on their website for the Ophelia Counter Stools and it was never published. Stools are expensive and very uncomfortable.

Purchased a few items from Lindye Galloway online with no issue however my latest purchase has gone missing and I cannot reach anyone to help either via phone or email. I have been attempting to get updates on my order daily for over a week. I will proceed with a chargeback.
