I wish I could give them 10 out of 5 stars! My child had been getting bug bites for months after we returned from overseas travel, and I was really concerned they might be from bed bugs. Jose came over and performed an incredibly thorough inspection of all possible areas, including pillows, bed linens, bed frames, and sofas. Thankfully, he confirmed that bed bugs were not the issue, which was a huge relief!
Jose was so kind and patient throughout the process, taking the time to explain how to identify and prevent bed bugs in the future. His knowledge and professionalism were invaluable. Thank you so much, Jose!
