Scam. If this company comes to your door and offers you service, let this be a warning. They ensure you that they are a professional and thorough when they in fact or not they came out twice to my property and I saw no difference in anyway. Brendal contacted me regarding my dissatisfaction and insisted on payment even though I spoke to several of his employees expressing the fact that their services did not work. Please do your research if you want good quality pest control.

DO NOT WORK with them.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Smart Pest Control. Here are the two major issues I encountered:
1. Misalignment Between Sales and Technicians:
The sales process was misleading from the start. The salesperson hyped up their technology, but when the technician arrived, they seemed unaware of what was promised. To make matters worse, the sales rep failed to explain the billing clearly, which left me feeling like I was being double-charged for something that wasn't clarified upfront. When I called to address why the pest control wasn't working, I was told it requires two services to be effective, and I would be charged again for the second service. This was never explained during the initial conversation. Although they acknowledged the miscommunication and apologized, it left me feeling deceived. Despite this, I decided to give them another chance.
2. Missed Appointment and Poor Customer Service:
Last Friday, I was scheduled for another service, but the technician never showed up or called to inform me. When I followed up today, the company couldn't explain why the technician missed the appointment and informed me the technician was off for the day. They also couldn't send someone else to perform the service. This lack of professionalism and disregard for my time is unacceptable. When a customer is left stranded, the least you can do is take immediate action to rectify the situation. Instead, I was met with "we don't know" and no effort to make it right.
This experience has left me feeling that Smart Pest Control neither values its customers nor takes accountability for its mistakes. I cannot recommend their services. Apologizing afterward without taking action does not help to resolve any issues.
Additional update: After giving Smart Pest Control multiple chances to make things right, they only delivered more disappointment. I received a text reminder confirming their technician's visit, yet I wasted an entire day waiting--only for them to be a no-show with no message or explanation.
At this point, I canceled my service and switched to another pest control provider. Smart Pest Control shows no respect for their customers' time and provides poor service once you've signed up.
STAY AWAY when their sales reps come knocking. I gave them plenty of opportunities, only to be left frustrated and angry.

Raul today did an excellent job at my house! His work was very detailed and meticulous! His kindness and professionalism are a plus! I don't usually leave reviews very easily so you can trust me if I say that I am very happy for today Smart Pest Control service!

Raul and his team (Eric and Miguel) did an outstanding job replacing the framing around a large patio window with dry rot and termites. All four of the sides required removal and replacement, even the sill. I watched the entire process and was very pleased with the skill of the workmen. They painted the entire frame (two coats) and cleaned up afterwards. It was absolutely clean! They did a beautiful job. I have used Smart Pest Control before and they have always done a first rate, top drawer job!

I found Smart Pest on Thumbtack, they responded to my request in less than 30 minutes and set up and inspection for the same day. Drew did the initial inspection, he was very knowledgeable and thorough. Raul and his trainee performed the service only days after my initial inspection. Raul was very friendly. He explained everything very clearly and was very quick and efficient with the service.
Chris treated my house on one of the follow up visits, he was quick with the treatment and fun to talk to!
Ryan did my latest treatment (Dec 4) and was very respectful and quick! Great job.
