They have no idea what they are doing!!! They first advised me that there would be an $89 service fee to come and look at the unit. The technician spent the majority of his time on the phone. he didn't open the unit up or anything. They said that there was a leak in my system and they wanted to do a dye test to find the leak. The dye test was going to cost $500 to find the leak and the system would be down for 14 days. Then they offered an express service that would test it in 24 jours, it was $2400 for that test. Keep in mind this is not repairing the unit it was just the test to find the leak. I was still going to have to cover the repairs.
Decided to get a second opinion. Other company came out opened the unit up started his inspection... I asked what the inspection was going to cost me, he said nothing. He said that there were a lot of leaks with the unit and then proceeded to show me. then he took out a leak detector and the machine verified everything that he said. I asked if it could be fixed and he said he would have to all the manufacturer to see what the new coils would cost. he called his office and told them what he needed and they said they would call him back shortly. at that point ia asked how much is a new 5 ton unit he gave me a figure and after a few minutes his company called back with a quote there was $1000 difference between the repair and a new one. I asked if we should do a dye test on the system and he said absolutely not! he said the leak was quite visible and there was no need to spend more for the same outcome. we are having the other company put in a new system next week and I was not charged a DIME for the inspection he did!

It was time to have my yearly hot water heater maintenance, which I like having done by a professional. I have add the pleasure of interacting with DOS expert Rick Russell, as he has done service for my organization many times. He is knowledgeable, courteous, and professional, as are all of the Dial One Sonshine crew, from the owners, to the front office, to the technicians. They work diligently and, best of all, neatly, and always check in along the way if there are any questions or concerns. I highly recommend Dial One Sonshine!

I had a great experience with AC repair technician JR. He was clear and professional in explaining everything that needed to be done, which really helped me understand the process. Sergio represented the company very well. He was polite & respectful. He made sure to take pictures, & explained any repairs I needed, that I understood & answered questions that I had. We were waiting for a call & had not received it by the time he was done. He followed up & was able to give me the contact information. He went above & beyond when he helped me get my senior dog up from a fall.
Javi Hernandez was here today 3/24 & he too represents the company well. He has done work here before & always pleasant, professional & makes sure that I understand what work was done. I was happy with his work. It's what I know I can expect with the work done.
