They were able to get me scheduled for an appointment really quickly. Their phone operators are very friendly and helpful and they maintain good communication before the appointment to let you know which technician is coming and exactly when. Howie and Mac were the ones who assessed and serviced my A/C unit and they were both very thorough and took the time to explain everything really well. I would absolutely recommend!

I recently had a great experience with Diamond Air Services, and I would like to share my thoughts about their services. Mike and Will, two of their employees, came to my house to fix my AC unit on the same day I called them. I was impressed with their quick response and their professionalism.
From the moment they arrived, Mike and Will were courteous and friendly. They listened to my concerns and took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my AC unit and what they needed to do to fix it. They worked efficiently and were able to complete the repair on the same day, which was a huge relief for me.
I appreciate that they took the time to make sure everything was working properly before they left. They also gave me some tips on how to maintain my AC unit, which I found very helpful.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the service I received from Diamond Air Services, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC repairs. Mike and Will were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, and I am grateful for their help.

Their technician (Mac) came out ASAP to fix our air conditioner which was out in the middle of July with temperatures approaching the 90s. Very professional, competent and efficient and was able to fix the issue immediately. Also explained some of the finer points of the A/c unit. Much appreciated!
